City woman charged with tax fraud (Winchester Star)
Winchester — A Winchester woman has been charged in federal court with preparing fraudulent tax returns. A thirteen-count indictment was handed down against Katrina Stine-Hanson, 47, by a federal grand jury sitting in Roanoke on Thursday.
