Carbon Tax Good For Indiana

In May 9th edition of the Evansville Courier & Press, there was an editorial article titled Carbon tax would be good for area economy by Roger Lueken. First of all, I agree with Mr. Lueken that Indiana needs to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in order to limit the effects of global warming.
