Laurie Hagey has resigned as chief executive officer of the United Way and Community Foundation of Northwest Iowa. Hagey submitted her resignation to the United Way and Community Foundation board of directors late Friday afternoon, said Susan Ahlers Leman, board president. Ahlers Leman declined to comment on the circumstances of Hagey’s departure, saying only that it was for ‘’personal reasons.
