Central Arkansas Development Council is offering free tax return preparation for taxpayers in seven CADC communities. Clark, Columbia, Hot Spring, Pike, Pulaski, Saline and Union counties will each offer electronic tax filing. Taxpayers in Little Rock, Benton, Malvern, Arkadelphia and Jacksonville can put their refund on a debit card.
